Private Individual or Semi Private Training Packages  at PLEX Performance are  an excellent option for those athletes  who are looking to really focus on specific goals that they want to work on. Clients will work with one of our highly trained professional and certified strength coaches and receive a fully customized training program specific to you and your goals. A Great option for athletes who work or have variable schedules.

Schedule Your Sessions Anytime

Each Session is Approx. 60 minutes

  • 25 Sessions
  • 15 Sessions
  • 10 Sessions
  • 5 Sessions

*Sessions Expire after 1 calendar Year from Date of Purchase

 

Semi Private Training (2-4 athletes)  

  • 25 Sessions
  • 10 Sessions 

Each Session is Approx. 60 minutes

Choose how often you train as well day & time
