Our Plex Performance team brings the same methodology and intensity used with professional athletes to educate, support, and prepare athletes of all ages. Plex Performance teaches athletes how to get the most out of their bodies leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.
Our programs offer nutrition information and techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance. Athletes can train individually or in small groups with coaches to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.Training programs are available year-round. We prides itself on going the extra mile in educating and supporting athletes in reaching their performance goals.
